Audrey:  Dad, what river is this?

Clark: aah, that’s the Mississippi the mighty Mississipp, eh eh eh ehh, the Ole Miss, the Old Man.  Singing:  deep river, my home is over Jordan.

Ellen:  Clark, I think this is the wrong exit.

Clark:  what difference does it make? As long as we get over the river.

The Clark Bridge is a cable-stayed bridge across the Mississippi River between West Alton, Missouri and Alton, Illinois. Named after explorer William Clark, and not Clark Griswold. It is the northernmost bridge near St Louis and opened in 1994.
